How it works

You can book an initial consultation directly.

This is a short, orienting meeting (10–15 minutes), either online or in person, where we briefly review your situation and determine whether this is the right setting for your needs.

The purpose is not to provide full assessment or treatment, but to understand whether and how we should proceed — and whether a second opinion or a structured care programme would be appropriate.

If we decide to continue, I will outline a clear next step.
