Care levels
My model of care is built around continuity.
I work primarily with patients and families who are looking for an ongoing medical relationship rather than occasional, isolated appointments. This allows me to develop a deeper understanding of the individual over time, follow changes closely, coordinate care when needed, and make more informed clinical decisions.
New patients begin with a complimentary 10–15 minute introductory video call. This is an opportunity to briefly discuss what brings you to seek care and to determine whether my approach may be suitable for your needs. It is not a medical consultation and does not include diagnosis or treatment.
If we decide to continue, the next step is a full clinical assessment. Based on your individual needs, the complexity of your situation and the degree of continuity required, I will then recommend the most appropriate level of ongoing care.
These are not rigid packages, but flexible clinical frameworks that can evolve as your needs change over time.
Second opinions can also be arranged as a separate, stand-alone service when appropriate.
Ongoing care plans start from €200 per month.
Fees are calculated on a monthly basis and billed quarterly.

A long-term medical partnership built on trust and continuity
A highly personalised model of care for individuals and families who value having a trusted physician with a broad understanding of their health.
This approach combines specialist neurological expertise with ongoing medical guidance, particularly for patients with complex neurological conditions who require continuity, careful follow-up, and coordination across different aspects of their care.
It is designed for those who appreciate a physician who knows their medical history, understands the wider context of their health, and can provide thoughtful guidance over time.
The service includes:
Flexible consultations according to individual clinical needs
Regular medical follow-up and ongoing clinical oversight
Priority access for clinical questions during weekdays
Home visits when medically appropriate and feasible
Coordination with other specialists and treating physicians
Integration of medical information to create a clearer overall health picture
Guidance to support informed medical decisions at different stages of life
A limited number of patients to ensure quality, continuity, and personalised attention
This model is particularly suited to individuals and families seeking a deeper medical relationship, where trust, accessibility, and long-term understanding are central to their care.
Price on request.
(The fee is calculated monthly and invoiced quarterly.)
Comprehensive Care is offered to a very limited number of patients/families, to ensure continuity, availability, and clinical depth.
How the process works
Initial consultation
New patients start with a short initial interview (online).
This first meeting gives you the opportunity to briefly explain what brings you to seek neurological care and allows me to assess whether my expertise and way of working are likely to be helpful for your situation.
This is not a medical consultation and is not intended to establish a diagnosis.
If you prefer to meet in person from the outset, you are also welcome to book a full initial neurological consultation at the clinic.
Clinical assessment
If we decide to proceed, a more in-depth evaluation is carried out. This may include review of previous investigations, clinical history, and formulation of a diagnostic and management plan.
Initial neurological consultation: €380
Care recommendations
Based on your clinical situation, I will recommend a suitable level of care. This may range from single follow-up consultations to a structured long-term care plan.
Ongoing care and follow-up
Where ongoing care is appropriate, I will recommend an approach based on your medical needs, the complexity of your condition and the level of follow-up required.
Ongoing care plans start from €200 per month and are billed quarterly,
(Adjustments over time as needed).
Second Opinions
A second opinion can be arranged as a stand-alone service for patients seeking an independent neurological assessment, review of an existing diagnosis, or further perspective on a complex clinical situation.
A second opinion does not require enrolment in an ongoing care plan. If further care is recommended afterwards, we can discuss whether my continuity-based model would be appropriate for you.
